Cascade Cart Solutions, a division of Cascade Engineering, was established in 1989 to supply residential and commercial containers to the solid waste and recycling industry. Since our founding, we have sold over 15 million carts and established long term customer relationships with a growing list of haulers and municipalities. We understand the business of collection and are committed to helping our customers become more efficient through unique products and services that enhance operational efficiency.
Our facility in Grand Rapids, MI, was built specifically to handle the manufacturing and testing of large containers, with the one of the largest presses in North America – a 9000 ton injection molding machine. The Cascade Cart manufacturing facility is world class, employing lean six sigma principles to produce the highest quality and most cost effective products. We use our extensive research, development and testing laboratory to meet and exceed all applicable ANSI standards. This in-house resource ensures that when you purchase a product from Cascade Cart Solutions, you are getting the most durable container available on the market today.
Cascade Cart Solutions was the first U.S. based cart manufacturer to be ISO9001 registered, which is a standardized quality system recognized internationally and ensures quality products, timely delivery and superior service. We manage environmental progress and initiatives thought our Environmental Management System which is accredited to ISO14001 standards. As a member of the Standard Development Subcommittee that drafted the ANSI standards, our carts meet both standards set forth in ANSI Z245.30-2006 and ANSI Z245.60-2006.
